I got two estimates for radon remediation and there is no comparison between the thoroughness and value of Cooks over the other estimate. The first company was in and out in 15 min with a price - and no plan to even test if that plan would work. In contrast, Cooks drew thorough layout and explained why testing was necessary to ensure the radon was actually going to be removed. They gave two options depending on how testing went - they were cheaper than the first company on the first option and offered a more attractive exterior piping route. The 2nd route was slightly more expensive and would only be needed if the radon could not be adequately remediated with the simpler option. The workmen were experts and very courteous, and I am confident I got the very best value AND quality. There’s a reason they are number 1 in Atlanta!
