Working with Cook's Radon has been a genuinely positive experience, even though we're still working toward our target level. Our original agreement called for getting us below 2.7 pCi/L, and we're currently at 3.5 and today was their 5th visit to our house. What's impressed us is how far they've gone each time to try to solve it: swapping in wider-diameter piping, adding three additional suction points in the foundation (up from the original two) and installing one of the most powerful fan motors on the market followed by a radon test after every change. Through all of that extra labor and material, they haven't charged us a dime more than the original quote. Every technician we've worked with has been skilled, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. We're not at our target yet but the Cook's Radon team has shown real persistence and integrity in getting us there and that kind of follow-through is hard to find. Highly recommend
