Absolutely stellar install job by Mike & Shane. They were a wealth of knowledge, experience, and skill. They carefully planned out test sites, double checked results, and talked through the plan with us before moving forward at each step. They not only made sure as much radon could be removed as possible, but they also made sure the location and finish of the system was as unobtrusive and seamless as possible. They painted the PVC pipe to match our siding and it turned out better than we could have hoped. The finish and sealant of the system is completely clean, professional and tidy job, expertly done. We're so glad to have gone with Cook's and relieved that the radon will no longer be an issue! Every person on their team, from Blake who does the estimates, to Brie at their service desk, to Mike & Shane at install, were patient with all of our questions and concerns, very knowledgable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Highly recommend Cooks Radon! Easy process from start to finish. Jansen and Glenn were the techs who did my install and were fantastic. They did not just take the easiest or quickest route, but made sure the system was designed in a way that works best with my basement. Jansen was also very informative and knowledgeable.
