Excellent service. Started out with another company that gave me a price on the phone and that quote may change when they come out. I asked for an on-site quote and was told that would cost $200 if I didn't use them for the installation. Seemed shady. Based on reviews I found Cooks and the process was completely different. Came out, did a thorough inspection and gave me a reasonable quote. Installation guys were professional and courteous. Premitigation level was 6. Two weeks in the long term average is 0.05. Highly recommend.
