Cook's installation crew arrived on time as scheduled. They were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The installation went as planned and was done in a very efficient manner and with very good workmanship. The entire mitigation system was installed in a very inconspicuous area. The initial tests indicated a level of 8.6 pCi/L which was significantly higher than the government action level of 4.0 pCi/L. Testing after installation showed that the mitigation system effectively lowered the Radon level down to 1.3 pCi/L. Thank you for a great job.

I first wanna say I had no idea what Radon gas was before we started having to do mitigation. Cooks Radon came in and was able to educate me and my client what Radon gas is does and how to remediate! Bree was fantastic with Scheduling and Answering any questions I had. Blake came to the property, did their remediation inspection and answered any additional questions that my client had.
