Our installation by Cook’s installers Eli and Mike was excellent. They were professional and discussed options with us to determine the best place for placement of the system to be both the most efficient and the best pipe placement on the outside of the house. Both were very professional and very friendly guys and their work is neat, clean, and efficient. Blake was spot-on in his original assessment, the job was quoted, and there was no wavering by the company or any attempts to add unnecessary products. Monique did a great job of coordinating the job from start to finish. Thanks to the Cook’s team for a timely response and a great job.

We chose Cook's over their competition because their installation person (Eli) came and not just answered all our questions, but proved to be very knowledgeable offering multiple options. That made the difference over a regular sales person. Our priority (beside reducing the radon levels) was to hide the system from view and they went above and beyond to comply with that request. When I looked at what they did in the attic space, it looked like a masterpiece. We have a bedroom next to the pump in the attic (for which they had to carve out a door), so we were worried about the noise. They told it would be quiet, and it is so quiet that it is unnoticeable. The radon levels went from red to green and they have stayed there for the last month. These are hard working folks who won't disappoint you. THANK YOU!

Great job overall on installing 2 radon systems and encapsulating my basement. They explained what they were doing, why and answered my (many) questions every step of the way. My old house has weird construction and tight spaces that was obviously tedious, but they got the job done. I was very surprised they didn’t up-charge me for the extra day it took to complete the work! Radon dropped from 10.1 to 0.04 so it definitely worked. My only complaint is that there was zero effect on the high humidity in the house, which I’d made clear was as important as lowering the radon levels.

After calling and having 4 estimates completed for a radon mitigation system, it was quite clear the top choice was going to be Cooks. From the first call speaking with Monique, the bar was set for other competitors. Monique answered all questions, fully explaining the process and the crew that came out led by Eli were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up 100%. My house was built on a crawlspace and my starting radon number was 6.7 pCi/L above the safe level of 4.0. Once the system was installed and another radon test was preformed, my level dropped to a very safe 0.7 pCi/L. I am so glad I called Cooks as part of my starting point for all estimates, I have not been disappointed at all. The communication was what I expected both from Monique and the install team. They are not the highest or the lowest in cost but I feel like they are the best and highly recommend them.
